With 128MB of memory, it had slower cold starts. With 1024MB, it performed the same as Node. I didn't try anything in between and I wouldn't recommended running almost anything at 128MB anyway. AWS configure some of Node memory settings which I'm not doing for Deno. These are V8 settings which both Node and Deno use, so perhaps with the same settings, we'd see the same performance.
